Hazardous Waste Management Opportunities for ISWA Activities 1984-1988

The role of the International Solid Wastes and Public Cleansing Association (ISWA) in hazardous waste management is discussed in terms of classification systems, environmental standards, siting, long-term care at land disposal facilities, and treatment and disposal techniques, including co-disposal and transboundary disposal.
